correspond to the definitions of Art. 4 of the General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR).
If you visit or use our online offer, you are a "data subject" within the
meaning of the data protection regulations.

natural person (hereinafter "data subject"); A natural person is regarded as
identifiable who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by means

Types of data and purposes of processing
We process inventory and master data (e.g., names, addresses), contact data
(e.g., e-mail, telephone numbers), usage data (e.g., websites visited) and
meta/communication data (e.g., device information, IP addresses) for the
purpose the use of our online offer (including functions and content), for
contract processing and for answering contact inquiries and communication
with you as a user as well as for the security of our online offer.
Legal basis on the basis of which we process personal data
In accordance with Art. 13 GDPR, we will inform you about the legal basis of
our data processing. Unless otherwise specified, the following applies:
Obtaining consent is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause a and Article 7
GDPR;
The processing of personal data for the fulfillment of our services and the
implementation of contractual measures as well as the implementation of precontractual
measures, e.g. B. the answering of inquiries is based on Art. 6
Para. 1 Clause b GDPR;
The legal basis for the processing of personal data to fulfill our legal
obligations is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 Clause c GDPR;
The processing to safeguard our legitimate interests is based on Article 6
Paragraph 1 Point f GDPR.
Cooperation with contract processors and third parties
If we disclose data to other persons and companies (contract processors or
third parties) as part of our processing, transmit them to them or otherwise

Our website does not use cookies.
However, if you click on an embedded YouTube video, your IP address is sent
to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer (See "YouTube" below).

This data will not be merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR, which allows data to be
processed to fulfill a contract or to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
Order processing in the online shop and mp3 shop
We process the data of our customers as part of the order processes in our
online shop in order to enable them to select and order the selected products
and services, as well as their payment and delivery or execution.
The processed data includes inventory data, communication data, contract
data and payment data. The processing takes place for the purpose of
providing contractual services in the context of the operation of an online shop,
billing, delivery and customer services.
The processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b (execution
of order processes) and c (legally required archiving) GDPR. The information
marked as necessary is required for the establishment and fulfillment of the
contract. We only disclose the data to third parties in the context of delivery,
payment or in the context of legal permits and obligations to legal advisors and
authorities.
To process payments with PayPal, we may pass on the necessary payment data
(amount and email address) to PayPal. PayPal's terms and conditions and data

Newsletter
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an
email address from you. We use the so-called double opt-in procedure to
ensure that the newsletter is sent by consent. In the course of this, you can be
added to a mailing list using the form on our website. You will then receive a
confirmation e-mail to confirm your registration in a legally secure manner. The
address will only be actively included in the mailing list if the confirmation is
given. The registration for the newsletter is logged in order to be able to prove
the registration process in accordance with the legal requirements.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and

Online presence in social media
We maintain an online presence within social networks and platforms in order
to be able to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users
active there and to inform them about our services. These are only included on
our website as a link to the corresponding services. After clicking on the
integrated graphic, you will be redirected to the website of the respective
provider, i.e. only then will user information be transmitted to the respective

YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube to integrate and display video content.
The video portal is provided by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA
94066, USA.
Normally, when you visit a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent
to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have
integrated our YouTube videos with the extended data protection mode. As a
result, YouTube will no longer store any information about the visitors unless
they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address will be sent to
YouTube and YouTube will find out that you have viewed the video.
YouTube can assign your surfing behavior directly to your personal profile if
you are logged into your YouTube account. You can prevent this by logging out
beforehand.
